Tobacco
Control Leadership Training (TCLT)
TCLT
is a collaborative effort involving the Ministry of Health, Cambodia
ADRA Lao's, ADRA Cambodia and Loma Linda University school of Public
Health and the School of Medicine, California.
The long term goal is to enhance the capacity of these countries
to conduct research and develop effective, comprehensive plans to
address their tobacco epidemic issues within the context of the
WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
The specific objectives of TCLT addresses two areas, capacity building
and research, that will be integrated into a comprehensive educational
and mentoring research program.
